Platform: GP247 / S-Cart (core 2.0 or later).

Installation

There are 3 ways to install the InOut plugin. See the GP247 extension installation guide.

After installation, the plugin auto-creates the "Inout Cash" permission group with all accounting operation rights. Assign this group to a staff account and they can use the plugin without admin rights.

From the Online library (recommended): Admin → Extensions → Add-ons → Load from library tab → find InOut → install.
Import zip file: Import file tab → choose the InOut zip → finish.
Manual: copy the source into app/GP247/Plugins/InOut, copy public into public/GP247/Plugins/InOut, then install via the Stored locally tab.

Q1: Which document should I read first?

→ Start with Purchase Order Management, then Cash Flow, Debts & Period Closing — these are the two most-used features.

Q2: Does the plugin manage stock automatically?

→ Yes, on the supplier purchase/return sides. The selling side is handled by GP247. Details in Inventory & History.

Q3: Can non-admin staff use it?

→ Yes. Assign the "Inout Cash" permission group (auto-created on install) to the staff account.

Q4: Where do I export documents to Excel/PDF?
